Employment
Buckley King's employment practice includes assisting companies in avoiding litigation, compliance with
work place laws and regulations, and counseling on issues such as the National Labor Relations Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, workers' compensation and unemployment laws, anti-discrimination, and sexual harassment laws. Our attorneys draft employee handbooks and policies, prepare and review employment agreements and non-competition agreements, and assist clients on various other employment matters, in an effort to avoid, minimize, or contain employment-related disputes.
If employment-related litigation arises, our attorneys
can provide aggressive and efficient representation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. We have
represented businesses and individuals in matters of employment intentional tort, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, non-competition and confidentiality violations, alleged sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, and unemployment claims.
Buckley King's labor practice involves contract arbitrations and the administration of collective bargaining agreements as well as the direct negotiation of many collective bargaining agreements in both the private and public sectors. Our labor attorneys have
also handled litigation in federal and state court involving union issues.

Land Use/Zoning
We represent developers and owners of large parcels of land suitable for development,
