Buckley King will present to the Association of Corporate Counsel , Northeast Ohio Chapter, a continuing legal education seminar.

"Commercial Issues: Practical Ways to Protect your Company from Financially Distressed Customers"

June 12, 2007: Cleveland, Ohio - Deborah Zelinski, an associate in the Cleveland office will speak at the CLE on  "Drafting and Enforcing Commercial Leases".

Mrs. Zielinski's presentation will be on the topic of "Lease Defaults" and "Landlord Options". Location TBA.

March 28th & 29th, 2007: New York, New York- R. Patrick White, a partner in the Atlanta office will speak at the CLE on "Resolving Mass Tort Products Liability Claims" taking place at the Central Park Hotel, NY.

"Mastering Insurance Coverage Components and Factoring in Bankruptcy issues" will be the focus of Mr. White's presentation.
